A camp dedicated to teaching kids the importance of living a healthy and active lifestyle. Kids engage in various sports, fitness training, outdoor adventures and fun group activities. There is a one hour educational component every day focusing on the importance of healthy eating habits, nutrition and wellness. Kids will also learn how to prepare easy healthy meals, delicious treats and desserts while creating their very own recipe book. This camp is about building self esteem, teaching proper workout techniques without the use of resistance training equipment and maintaining lifelong healthy habits.
These camps take place during March and Summer breaks. Participants will focus on the sport of their choice. Training includes overall strength and conditioning, speed and agility, plyometrics, flexibility, core training, interval training and much more. Various games and activities are incorporated as well as education on health and wellness, injury prevention/rehabilitation and team building skills.
These camps take place year round and range from 2 day weekend stays to 2 weeks. Participants can engage in various sports,fitness training, nutritional assessment and customized meal plans.
Both the children and Adult Outdoor Fitness Adventures incorporate fun, nature and fitness! Participants engage in activities including, hiking, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, rafting, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and much more! All adventures are led and fully supervised by our team.
