Our bridal boot camp is designed to have brides looking and feeling their best on their special day. The program is customized for each clients individual needs and incorporates personal training, fitness classes and special meal plans.
Off ice training is the key to improving players’ overall strength and conditioning.

The program begins with 2 training sessions a week and is gradually increased to 6 sessions a week during off season. Athletes focus on foot speed and agility, plyometrics, core training, hand eye coordination, interval training, flexibility and much more.
Our triathlon training program is divided into 3 levels for beginners, intermediate and advanced athletes of all ages. All levels incorporate cross training, strength training and practice races. Athletes participate in long runs, tempo runs, speed runs, road intervals and hills. The program is offered year round as well as options for short term training prior to events and races.
Our off field soccer skills program focuses on speed, agility, endurance and strength conditioning. This specialty program is offered year round and athletes are welcome to participate in an 8 week intensive program or maintain it year round with 2-3 sessions a week. Emphasis is placed on circuit training with high intensity intervals as well as plyometrics drills.
Learn the basics, improve your golf swing, or become the best, whatever level you are at, this program is sure to take you further. It runs year round and can be taken as an intensive weekend course.

Our team keeps your family physician and specialists informed on the program and progress and customizes the program as per their recommendation.
